Bio:Maria Cumani Quasimodo was an Italian actress and dancer. Born Maria Cumani in Milan, she studied dance under Jia Ruskaja. In 1936, she became the companion of the poet Salvatore Quasimodo, with whom she had a son, Alessandro.
