Cade grew up in North Carolina where as soon as he figured out how to use a camera he started making movies. As a teenager he attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts Summer Film Program where he was able to start making movies on a bigger scale. From there Cade began his journey on creating his independent short films and his first feature A Likely Story. His filmography includes the audience renowned parody film Thursday the 12th and was followed up by many shorts focused on comedy. These films were The Average Inspection of the General Parade Float, Wrong Address which was taught in film classrooms across the country for an example of what you can do with a small budget, Immortality, and Meeting Mary.
