Bio:Eldar "Ell" Parviz oglu Gasimov is an Azerbaijani singer. He represented Azerbaijan in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 alongside Nigar Jamal, winning the competition with the song "Running Scared". He co-hosted the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku.
