In addition, he is an alumni of the Tomorrow's Filmmakers Today Fellowship presented by HBO & the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, a recipient of the NALIP emerging content creator scholarship and he screened his latest short film "Caminante, Caminante: La Leyenda del Huay Chivo" at the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences for the "Hispanic & Latinx Cinema" event presented by New Filmmakers Los Angeles.
