He's the co-artistic director of Cardboard Playhouse Theatre Company (CPTC), leading diverse roles from directing to set design and acting. His daughter, Kelsey Leos Montoya, an actor and filmmaker, inspired him to establish CPTC, providing a creative platform for youngsters like her.
